Voting

Election Day in on Saturday 19 July 2025.

• You must be enrolled/have your correct enrolment details entered by Wednesday 18 June.

• You must be enrolled to vote if you
  • are 18 years or over
  • are an Australian citizen
  • have lived at your current address for 1 month or longer

• It is compulsory by law for all eligible Australian citizens to enrol and vote.

• Check or update your enrolment

• Early voting starts Monday 30 June

• If you can’t vote in person, either early or on polling day, you may be eligible to vote by post. Applications close at 4 pm on Friday 11 July.
